Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Manx Elf to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us to start a return or ask a question about returning an item at hello@manxelves.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on where to send your package.

You will be refunded (less postage costs) within 7 days of receiving your return. Please note, you are responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning or exchanging items.

Damages and issues 

In the unlikely event an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sales items are all non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@manxelves.com
Exchanges can only be made if the item is immaculate.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order.  Please email hello@manxelves.com to be advised on the order status and the possibility of an order cancellation.
